Our Mission
The global news landscape is fragmented, polarized, and increasingly distrusted. People are trapped in filter bubbles, fed only news that confirms their existing beliefs. Entire communities — animal welfare advocates, third gender individuals, indigenous peoples, people in the Global South — are systematically underrepresented in mainstream news.
Deemona was built to fix this. As a neutral RSS aggregator, we collect news from 75 verified sources across the political spectrum, score each article for political bias and factual accuracy, and present multiple perspectives on every major story. We go further by dedicating entire verticals to animal welfare, human stories, third gender inclusion, climate, investigations, and regional focus on Africa, Asia, Latin America, the Middle East, and Europe — content that drives no advertising revenue but matters enormously to real people.
We believe an informed citizenry is the foundation of democracy. Our mission is to give every person on earth access to balanced, verified, transparent news — regardless of their language, location, income, or identity. And to ensure every voice — not just the loudest ones — finds its echo.
Deemona is an aggregator, not a publisher
We aggregate publicly available RSS feeds that publishers intentionally provide for syndication. We display headlines, short summaries, and publisher-supplied thumbnail images — every article links back to the original source. We do not reproduce full content, claim ownership of any third-party material, or compete with publishers for readership. Publishers who prefer not to appear on Deemona may opt out at any time by contacting legal@deemona.com or by blocking our crawler (DeeMonaBot/1.0) via robots.txt.
