Legal & Copyright

Deemona is an RSS news aggregator. All content belongs to respective publishers. We link back to every original article and never reproduce full content.
Nature of Service
Deemona is an RSS news aggregator. We collect headlines, summaries, publication dates, and links from publicly available RSS feeds that publishers intentionally make available for syndication purposes. We do not reproduce full article content. Every article displayed on Deemona links directly to the original publisher website. We exist to drive traffic to original sources, not replace them. Deemona operates in the same manner as Google News, Flipboard, Feedly, and other RSS aggregation services that are widely accepted by the publishing industry.
Copyright & Ownership
All news content, articles, images, and media displayed on Deemona remain the exclusive intellectual property of their respective publishers and authors. Deemona claims no ownership over any third-party content. Article thumbnail images are sourced from Open Graph meta tags (og:image) that publishers embed in their pages specifically for link preview and syndication use. If you are a publisher and wish us to stop displaying your images, please contact us and we will remove them within 48 hours. Deemona's own content — including our AI bias scores, transparency reports, platform design, and editorial commentary — is copyright 2026 Deemona Global News Agency.
AI Bias Scores — Disclaimer
Political bias scores assigned to articles and sources are generated by automated AI models and are provided for informational purposes only. They represent an algorithmic assessment and do not constitute a definitive editorial judgement. If you are a publisher and believe your source has been incorrectly rated, please contact editorial@deemona.com and we will review the rating. Bias scores are subject to revision.
Publisher Opt-Out
Deemona's preferred approach to any content dispute is direct communication first. Before taking any escalation step, we will always attempt to contact the publisher or rights holder directly to resolve the matter collaboratively. Publishers are partners in our mission, not adversaries. Publishers who do not wish to appear on Deemona may opt out completely. Upon receiving a valid request, we will remove all existing articles from that source and exclude it from future aggregation permanently. Publishers may also block Deemona's aggregator by disallowing our user-agent (DeeMonaBot/1.0) in their robots.txt file. We respect robots.txt directives without requiring any formal request. To initiate a publisher opt-out, bias rating dispute, or any content concern, please contact legal@deemona.com. We will acknowledge your message within 24 hours and resolve your request within 15 business days.
Governing Law
These terms and Deemona's operation are governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act 2000, the Copyright Act 1957, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, and applicable international copyright conventions including the Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India. Deemona's aggregation activity — displaying headlines, short summaries, and publisher-supplied thumbnail images with a link back to the original source — is consistent with established "fair dealing" practice under Section 52 of the Copyright Act 1957 and is undertaken in the same manner as other RSS aggregation services operating in India.
